I like you having same issues. No matter what setting the fps in most areas is just so inconmsistent and gpu only being used 50 to 70% half the time. FSR does nothing. Ryzen 5600 7900 xt 32 gigs ram

I finished the game with a i5-10500 16 GB RAM gtx 1650 4 GB 4.0 GHZ had 30 - 50 fps on low graphics on the jedi grand master i think you can do it now im gonna save money for 4070

@@user-du1dm2ch4e it's way better optimized now and in 2k with a 4070 I'm averaging around 75 fps on max and 55-65 with ray tracing, and 4k around 55-60 on high and around 70's with fsr quality

I'm running a 12700K, 32 gigs of ram and a RX 7900 XT and I'm using over 18 gigs of V-ram and only getting 64 FPS, something isn't right. Even in TLoU I'm using 15 gigs of V-ram and getting 113 FPS

With FSR Quality and everything on Epic except shadows I get steady 57-61fps on Koboh with my 1080TI. If i turn off FSR, I get 70-85 fps. This game is truly weird

You should boot the game with RT on, it will make it run better than without RT. But if you enable RT while playing you somehow turn off optimization. People turn it on and off and think it didn't work before because there framerate gets alot lower, but that is not actually the case. Enabling it while playing actually just somehow causes the game's optimization to shut down lowering both CPU and GPU usage. But if you have it enabled from start it looks AND runs a little bit better. This is proven by the fact that disabling RT (when it runs better with it) lowers CPU and GPU usage and reenabling it furtherly lowers CPU and GPU usage. I also looked at the reflections and confirmed that it was working as well when it was running better. People those days don't look further than their own toes, they don't notice this.

Oops …you’re wrong booting the game with RT does not enable . You have you start the game disable RT then enable RT again to enable RT

It will show RT is on but it isn’t I was also getting 60+ fps starting the game with RT but turns out it’s not actually working I even took some screenshots for personal verification 😊

@@djbpresents9584 It's bullshit, i have proof that it works... turning it off and on only furtherly degrades performance, which is why people think it wasn't on. I have seen the raytraced reflections of Cal Kestes without turning it off and then back on, so i know what i am talking about. If people now used their own eyes a bit wiser we wouldn't be needing this pointless discussion about Raytracing effects that are as minor as here and of low quality....People just don't see the difference between them on and off and jump to conclusions.

4070 (3080-3080ti) is much more powerful than a 3070. It depends where you are in the game. the game is impressive on how bad it runs on even a 4090.

Low and Epic Both give me 55 FPS but at Low GPU Utilization is 35-45% and at Epic it's 60-80% I'm trying to figure out optimization for this game , this game seem to not obey Engine.ini tweaks so will have to figure out something from game settings and Patches , Driver updates

@@vsaucelover9660 Cyberpunk only have ray tracing that AMD can use and if you disable ray tracing game runs pretty similar or maybe even better than on Nvidia. Nvidia also dont pay developers to not implement for example FSR like AMD did in Jedi Survivor with DLSS.

It runs bad on consoles too. The resolution on consoles: Quality mode : 972p to 1440p Performance mode: 684p to 864p

Ps5 texture quality is too low for me on my 65” c1 oled at 4K. I got a 4090 Fe in my pc rig and can get up to 120fps with high settings just fine, looks incredible at 4k.
