Is it such a big difference in gpu temps between the founders edition and the msi card? like over 30 celcius cooler on the msi? that's crazy...

​@@evofreak1304 This card has a dual bios. Short comparison test in warhammer space marine (worst case scenario): Primary (stock) bios - silent mode. GPU power: 575W, GPU Temp 78°C, Fan Speed 34%, RPM 1342 Gaming bios: GPU power: 575W, GPU Temp 71°C, Fan Speed 47%, RPM 1653 Power limit and boost clock is the same. With 1342 RPM the card is very quiet.

Ambient temperature: 10-12°C check the description ^^, and non oc is 23c-24c

This should be compared to a STOCK FE. the 5090FE does not run anywhere close to 2700MHz in games. that way we can see what a MAX OC 5090 is compared to a true stock which is the 5090FE.

5090 overclocked to 3100mhz and vram to 16000mhz consumes less energy and runs at 40 degrees but the unclocked one takes same power and runs ar 77 degrees. Is this a data entry error in your app that generates the videos 😢 A question if you do not mind, how can you change hardware and run a game twice and generate the same exact video in both. Is it same video?😂😂😂

A bit technical info: while the difference is not much between the two in terms of FPS, the main advantage the OC editions have is knowing that the OC cards have better quality dies. That is because manufacturers choose the cards with the more reliable dies to overclock them.

I am trying to validate your numbers, and it is obvious there are serious issues that make me suspect your benchmarks. For example, you have 88fps with a frame time if 8.2ms. This is wrong as 1 divided by 88 is 11.7ms. Meaning at 88fps, your frame rates are minimum 11.7ms plus any latency. Your GPU temperature is also too low. The MSI you have at 99% load temperature will be a minimum of 60 degrees All this makes me question your entire benchmarks. Cpu z images do not prove those side by side videos. That data is inconsistent.

5090 is way too fast for same node process. That's the only card they tried to really make faster with a bigger die, but it's also more expensive. OC makes it like 35% faster than the 4090...
