Day 2 of our Wellness Retreat to Murrieta Hot Springs Resort here in Southern California, USA. We had an incredible time at the resort reconnecting with eachother and experiencing so many health and wellness activities related to the Geothermal waters on the grounds.

I was so inspired by your vlog I went into our unheated pool in Palm Springs this morning….I lasted 14 seconds! LOL! And it was warmer than your pool. But, I will get better as I understand the benefits. Great vlog - made me smile.

Oof! That had to have been COLD 🥶 Haha, Jess has tried the cold showers and Alex has been trying Cryotherapy at our gym lately to see how that goes for an “at home” cold plunge experience.

Just one word……shrinkage!! Seriously, I used to do cold shower/cold plunge therapy regularly and did enjoy it, but as I’ve gotten to my sixties, it just started hurting my joints (old martial arts injuries), and I’ve had to give it up as part of my morning wake up routine. Glad you enjoyed it!

Me and my son did a cold plunge it definitely wasnt a vitality plunge i went in and first thought ok not to bad my son put his big toe in and said no way in hell the coward 😂 I managed about 30 seconds Zac did so well doing a full plunge well done guys. ❤
