I think I'd rather go full cd reduction on fireball and move speed after charge card rather than hot pursuit. I don't like how hot pursuit locks you into a 6 sec cd fireball

It's because Dredge had a high kill streak, if you kill someone who has a kill streak you gain bonus ult percentage

Terminus flank builds much better. Permanant 61% speed with 3 nimble and 4 calamity charges, plus you get 16 or 20 damage reduction (not including ability card, shatter damage reduction and items). Not even meave can get away from you. And you hit like a truck.

That's what the return of Flanknando fixes, what you actually see demonstrated in this vid: he can now chase and bully targets (long live Scorch talent now giving you bonus damage on the first hit as well! ^_^) as well as stay alive for a long time.
