A lone adventurer explores a cave and finds a portal. He enters and delves deep into the Nether. Finds himself in tough situations, dealing with many different creatures and mobs. On the edge of lava, finding himself lost, will he be able to return to the overworld?

Rubedo really leaves a feeling of lore in the depths of the Netherlands. You walked through a nether portal, you found bastions, fortresses, etc. Eventually after searching through the depths of the unknown for some time, you feel to lose a sense of time. You are starting to feel like it’s been years, you can’t stop thinking about it in your head. You start looking for an exit. Countless Years pass by seeming like 100’s. You can’t find an exit anywhere you look, you know it will last on forever. Countless amounts of time flow by in your head as you soon to lose food as a whole. You cleared the population of enemy’s and food. You soon realize you are done. It’s all over…

Good storytelling. Nice camera angles. And absolutely amazing, outstanding lighting and colors that very nicely blend the scene. Good job, every biome felt unique, well detailed, and different from each other. I was listening to this song a year ago, and I thought it would be a great idea to do something very similar to this, I even started working on some concept art and some early environment ideas. In the end, the project never really got anywhere, but it was only today that I saw this, and I'm seriously impressed and somewhat amazed by how close this looks and feels to my original idea, and how well you were able to execute it. Very, very good work.

I usually just add lights where things would be lit up in real life, it isn't much but it usually ends up looking pretty good. I also color grade alot which brings out a lot more of the lighting.
