The spot where Ruben busted his wheel on the bank gap, was the same spot where Van Homan did a wallride to bar on a different part of the building for his part in Criminal Mischief, it was the ACCC building in Canberra in Australia, I visited the spot and rode it, seriously those banks had the worst transitions and it was hard to get speed to get to the top because of the grass in front of them, but Ruben does that gap and Van did that wallride, that's why we love you guys. Inspirational, even more so when you visit the spots from those infamous edits and the weight of what was done at that spot really sinks in... Van's wallride was crazy but Ruben's bank gap is seriously unbelievable when you visit that spot and see for yourself, and Ruben has so many of those next level things under his belt, he truly is a legendary BMX rider, I feel privileged to have met him and ridden with him at my local skatepark. Really nice guy and freakishly talented on a bike, I've been a huge fan of Ruben and will continue to be long after he's retired, legend.
