The best thing from Amorim , which he appears to have learnt from Ten Hag's mistake, is to rotate the players and not to win at all costs by overplaying the best players. This avoids injuries and exhaustion problems while slowly and steadily increasing players speed, work rate and aggressiveness. His plan is a 2 to 3 year program to success. I hope management gives him to do it and accept the inevitable loss in rankings and wins along the way.
