Obviously Fergie was a master of rotation and using the squad, making everyone feel like they're an important part of the team, even when they weren't on the pitch. Too many managers have failed to use the squad, even when they promised to do it. Our most recent manager gave the impression that using the squad, rotating players, and dealing with injuries prevented him from implementing his ideas, even though it's clear managers like Klopp and Guardiola could do this to a high degree. Amorim seems like he will make everyone feel involved and valued.

You will find it strange that he plays with 3 defenders. the difference is that the others play with 2 defenders and 2 full-backs who know how to attack.
