United fans need to realize he has to stick with the plan not change things around. This happened way too often with previous managers and that's why United lost Identity. They are going to have to get used to the way they need to play. Some players will have to go and new ones come in eventually. I don't expect this manager to do miracles this season, I do expect the team to stick to a plan and improve as they go and those players that are not a fit and not committed need to go.
