It is! It's too bad Suzuki had such a short run with them in the US.

You guys should see the new Suzuki jimny. I was going to get one here I Australia before the fj but it was a 2 year wait. Fj goes further and carries more stuff but those jimnys are little goats on the inside
@offroadhub.official3 жыл бұрын
@@dmac9777 I think the US could use a micro off roader. Everything has gotten so huge!
@dmac97773 жыл бұрын
@@offroadhub.official yeah the big rigs are popping up here too in the last 5-10 years. Those Ford raptors kicked it off. They don't fit down the tracks as well. There's a Venn diagram somewhere of things Americans like and things Australians like and in the middle are big massive engined dual cabs. Preferably diesel.

Another Rubicon run successfully completed. Good job piloting the L'il Shit Kicker Sami through all the roughage Ken. I don't see myself ever running the Rubicon or Fordyce again as I ran both twice and that's good enough for me. At 69 I prefer to stick to the tamer overlanding now and suffer little or no carnage which is more conducive to my fixed retirement income. Hope you have many experiences left in your newly built FJ and will enjoy watching you complete the build and getting it out on the trails.

Jeff will have to consider that as a possible name for the Sami 😄 Thanks for watching!

Hey Ken, as always thanks for the post. Your dry Witt is special out there amongst the trees and boulders. I think GoPro owes you a freebie for the testimony ! Glad you posted that entire segment. One question for next year….will your new build fit thru the bridge? LOL. I may become the greatest challenge for you,! Enjoyed!
@offroadhub.official3 жыл бұрын
Thanks Jey! I think it'll fit... There are plenty of vehicles on the trail with similar setups to what I'll have. Maybe I'll have to drive on top of the bridge.... 😂

Great video Ken! That Samurai did excellent! I wheel with Tacoma’s on occasion and they always seem to get really beat up with damage...Lol

Tacoma's are capable, but at the same time they're just really long, which opens up lots of opportunity for hitting things. Thanks for watching as always!

Great vid. We’re doing the rubicon next summer in our gladiator on 37s with 3” rock krawler lift. Hopefully we’ll get through unscathed! Looking forward to your next 1ton axle vid.

You'll have a blast! Picking your way through will be a little more difficult with the longer rig, but the trail is so great it'll be worth it.

Nice shooting and crawling but I'm not into causing thousands of dollars of damage to my vehicles, would instead do these kinds of trails with cheap built vehicles like that Samurai.
