I don't understand how can Dave rubin thinks that this is in any way deplatforming. Deplatforming is making sure that certain ideas can't access certain platforms. In the Buttigieg/Rubin case, it's Rubin who is the platform, not Mayor Pete. The simple fact that he tells that this is deplatforming proves that he is there to push an agenda, and that it's not him giving Buttigieg a platform, it's Buttigieg giving Rubin advertising. I don't like Buttigieg for a lot of reasons, but this time he was right to not go to Rubin's show.

The single-payer job movement from insurance companies is actually an excellent thing. You picture people doing some clerical function then moving to a government job and doing the same thing. But insurance is not about getting people the best care you can. It really is about making money and denying service. This taint stains people who work in insurance and the stink only increases as you go up the chain of authority. This ration mentality afflicts the whole. My plan run by Santa Clara County, government plan, denied my wife cataract surgery because they allegedly had not signed an agreement with a provider. We would have to pay for it ourselves. 1% of Americans have this done, 3.6million people a year. I calculate several thousands of people are denied here. But they surely are committing some fraud. The letter is a denial that appears like it's not overruling their own doctors.
