Just throwing this out there, I don't listen to what the mainstream media says about Trump at all, never have. I've always taken what they say with a grain of salt, because I know almost every network has a political agenda that will taint how they portray Trump, for better (Fox) or for worse (CNN). The reason I hate him is that I'm very serious about the economy, and I hear him talk about it and I go fact check him, not with the media but against places like the Bureau of Labor Statistics, and the extent to which he completely lies about his accomplishments and gets away with it is mind-bending.
@victoriahill26714 жыл бұрын
@Donald Trump is a Ghetto trick I agree with all those. The problem is that anyone that cares about that stuff already didn't vote for him in 2016. My priority now is making sure he doesn't get re-elected. To that end, I focus most of my outreach on moderate undecided voters who say "well his personality isn't ideal, but at least the unemployment rate is low". Many of them seem to opt to not vote for him once I point out that relatively little of the reduction in unemployment actually occurred during his tenure.

It was huge for me and really made me feel even more responsible to be honest and always aiming to speak truthfully to my husband even more consciously than I had been doing to earn his trust in the first place. Hearing Trump do the same really speaks to his character. I always saw Melania's "moments" when she seemed aloof as the reaction of a truly passionate and opinionated lady using feminine communications skills to signal her opinion on situations without words, she's very elegant now and speaking about the situation is not always the most refined or strategic method of communication (hello hot mic). Really masculine men like Trump are very tuned into the "vibes" (for lack of a better word) of the women in their lives, it's part of the role of a balanced alpha Jordan Peterson talks about this extensively. Sometimes using body language can signal to the alpha your feelings on a situation but it allows them to be the ones to take action and direct the solution to the problem, when done correctly it allows them to maintain their role in the eyes of those around them. It also can give fodder to the media to make up lies but heck what don't they lie about?

Well, you are both pretty handsome so he is right there. I'm glad to hear of his genuine side, this man and his family are never treated fairly. I am disgusted how the media and leftists treat Melania, Evanka, Don Jr., Eric and Baron. Go ahead and dislike the president but to attack his family is beyond horrible. I would not want to be in his shoes, even with the money that comes with it. The first lady deserves to be treated with dignity.

This is the best thing I’ve seen in a while! Y’all did such an awesome job telling the story together. What an event of a lifetime. I wish everyone could see/hear this. I have always said he cares so deeply for his wife. People who say otherwise don’t WANT him to love and properly adore her. Huge respect for our president and First Lady.

Thanks for giving insight to Trump's real personality. Trump has long maintained that his media persona is a much rougher version of the real man, and it is hard to believe that a man of Trump's success could be successful without being a great listener.

@@joseribeiro9564 if you bother to look it up there is an askreddit thread from before the election with people who had met or had contact with trump. the vast majority had a neutral or favorable opinion of him as a result. I am a life long Nyer, family is in RE, have done work with DT and that description is correct. He is very quiet, doesn't talk much, but when he does talk he is very funny, charismatic and very charming. What you see on television, is an act or self preserving tactic, but he is the most down to earth person you will ever meet and someone you would want to hang out with.

Stories like that really make me realize how little private or human moments we get to see from our president and his family on the usual news networks. Especially FLOTUS gets totally neglected by the media. They have to keep their narrative going of course or otherwise people would quickly see how much of a fun and warm-hearted guy Trump is and their lies would be destroyed immediately.

If the first two minutes of this conversation is not the most relatable "old married couple" conversation I've ever heard, I don't know what is. The back and forth about "how do you remember that?'" and "it must be the supplements." I don't know why, but I found it to be so hilarious and so familiar. 😂

I've actually met Trump in Florida. I was working for a company that was subbed out for some renovations on one of his properties around West Palm Beach. The property was near Drew Barrymores. He fired the GC and hired a Latino Owner. Paid for all our wages that we would lose so that other contractors could catch back up. Invited all the companies involved to dinner. He paid for everything and sat and talked to nearly everyone. The guy is hilarious and Melania is such a cultured woman. It's amazing what she knows. Her knowledge is incredible. P.s. He joked about making the property so incredible he would say Drew is going to be so jealous lol.

This is so nice to hear, in the Netherlands, where I live , so many people are negatieve about Trump since most of the media coverage is anti Trump. A small clip was recently on Dutch national TV about the usage of ‘desinfect internaly’ and they ridiculed Trump. I barely follow our national news anymore . Don’t know what to believe anymore.... So I try to update myself via social media and you tube. And so I came upon the Rubin Report ! Keep up the good work and thank you 🙏🏼Warm regards from the Netherlands🌷 , Marlène

I didn't know he was gay until I'd watched hours of his videos and then in one he just casually mentioned his husband. I had to rewind to make sure that I'd heard him correctly. I was shocked because until then every person I'd known who was gay was either a walking stereotype and/or treated their sexuality as their most important characteristic and took every opportunity, real or manufactured to talk about it. Dave on the other hand seemed to view being gay as the least interesting thing about him. Certainly not someone worth talking about in every show or with every guest. It was a revelation to me.
