This was an amazinggg battle! Rubix’s 2nd round was so clever, he used Les Twins own move against them and the wave with the “heyyyy” in the music was really creative. He definitely was able to appeal to the crowd using many strategies, but Larry is still the best at musicality and interpretation to me. Larry won this one for me as it was more clean and the ring/hoop thing in the 2nd round that Laurent helped with was crazy so yea.

Simply Larry was more technical, and had more musicality, and brought something interesting to the second round(the basketball concept). Rubix was explosive as usual but you got to remember this was rubix 4th or 5th battle of the night, he was showcasing kind of the same energy/ feel he did in previous rounds, also rubix was sort of disadvantaged because the judges are very very familiar with him and how he dances because he is in the France battle scene a lot. Also he didn’t use his partner Kuty as much as he could have. That being said rubix is magnetic and he has almost the same charisma as les twins that make people want to watch him. If you look at rubix face at the end, he knows he lost as well. But he will definitely beat the twins one day, if not soon.
