Very cool to see Ignis have their own clone armor, the Ignis clone division boasts 300% casualty rates, and no hazard pay. Yeah Ignis definitely fits more in line with the Imperium of Man's philosophy, now they just need their own 40k themed armors, would be great.

You know, later retcons in Clone Wars did not need to add microchips to make the Clones follow Order 66. With the kind of casualties they saw under the Jedi - with this event not being as much as an exaggeration as you'd hope... and the Clones being slave soldiers - a lot of troopers were probably pretty okay with capping their Jedi. Ignis Legion especially.

That’s a TCW retcon. Never mind that Attack of the Clones LITERALLY states that the clones were bred for obedience. Which is why so many of them followed Order 66 (which was but one of a number of contingency orders). That and to some degree, some Clones were quiet vengeful towards their Jedi generals for any number of reasons.
