Take a quick trip through our Ruby Junction rail facility in Gresham with this drone fly-through! Ruby Junction, TriMet’s first rail maintenance facility, was built in Gresham in 1982 as part of the Eastside MAX Light Rail Project.

I've been in the shops of the Dallas Area Rapid Transit light rail system before, and I can say they do a lot there. There are lots of trains constantly in and out of the shop. Its a busy place, just like the yard in this video.

I really find this interesting especially the inside of the buildings of the yard. This is something most people don't think about, the amount of work, infrastructure, and history that goes into a place like this and operating the trains. I would find it interesting for you to do something like this for Elmonica and the bus garages. The drone shots are also quite impressive, I imagine it would take a lot of skill and troubleshooting to get clean shots like these, I'd guess there where times where the done would snag on the many wires there, it would be quite hard to avoid. I also also found the music a really good choice, it has some rock without being to heavy and keeps the "light heartedness" of other tracks used in these videos.

Not as hard as you might imagine. Drones can have their flight paths programmed down to sub-millimeter distances. Take distance/height measurements with laser measuring devices, input the data into your drone flight planning software > then let the drone fly the path. Any camera focus (or other) flight changes can be programmed in as well. Other paths can be flown manually. Main point of safety is to have no random events abled, by not having any work involving moving a car unit, or moving any gantry, or other lifting/moving machinery.

I was a motorman of Hankai tramway company in Osaka Japan. The company owns the oldest street cars in Japan, which is 95 years old and is still in active use today. Of course, I was driving that car. The tracks are Carnegie rails manufactured in 1910. The pillars of the station building are also reused from Carnegie rails. Then, I became to be a student pilot at Hillsboro Aviation, so often used to ride on this Max red and blue line.
