Thank you. The difference between pundit and rolify is not so clear, unless you watch both your videos in the order you have filmed. I obtained a firm enough understanding of rolify that I was able to expand outside of this video. * Seeding default roles * Applying a specific role for the first user * Disable changing roles within a select menu unless you have a specific role

Thanks for videos. I'm following you from udemy and here. I've a question: I'd like to control and approve users' post before publishing. How can i do this? Do you have a video about it?

You can do it the same way as it'd done with "Courses" in the udemy 25 gems video. Quick summary: - all posts should have 3 states: [draft/moderation/approved] - draft by default - when user clicks "create", the state is changed to "moderation" - admin has a view for all posts in moderation status, can change status - only posts in status "approved" are visible to the public

I have added a new role. This role will only be able to create announcements, View announcements created by him or added as “content editor” for the announcements created by another “Content Creator"? How can I add these limits for that role?

I need to add a new role as a creator and that creator have only some fields to edit but not have all access as admin have in rails7 admin page?

In the form, you can render different fields based on roles. Additionally, you can restrict updating specific attributes based on role like this: blog.corsego.com/permit-params-by-current-user-roles

@@SupeRails You should probably stick to rails with your website, instead of injecting activism. I know about the coop Biden/Nuland/Pyatt did to Yanukovych in 2014. We have the audio tape. NATO said they wouldn't expand onto the Russian border, but attempted to. USA bombed the nordstream pipeline, performing the largest Eco-terrorist attack in history. USA involvement in the coop caused the Peoples Republic on Donetsk to be formed. USA/NATO refuses to recognize it. The same group will not recognize "democracy" when they voted to be annexed by Russia. I guess they are tired of 9 years being bombed by the very same faction that claims the land is part of Ukraine, but not the people. USA also send dirty radioactive bombs to Ukraine. We know about the deal Zelinski made with Black Rock. There is a pattern here. The USA starts wars so the elite can profit.
