Always wondered about tipping on a hand pay. Do you do flat rate a percentage? I have heard different seen different. My uncle seems to tip $100 a time up down. He a 7vstar tho. I tend to tip 1% or loose Bill's. So on a $1219 handpay I give them the $19. Back in 2000 tipping on hand pay in WIVwas not common. At least at Onieda casino. I often like to tip employees who normally do not see tips it fun after a nice win walk around the casino handing $20 to each security person or maybe the person handing out water by taxi drop off. My uncle asked once how many floor security were working once and he tipped each $100. That makes there week or month and they not paid too well. I know cocktail servers on strip make into 6 figures plus solid union pay. I too them well too as they putting on the miles daily.
