Wow, this is neat! Are you trimming the bangs with a thinning shears at the beginning? I have a premade Ruby wig that needs some styling (shaping, I suppose), but I'm afraid to do anything drastic with it. What would you recommend?

I have thinning shears, but I hardly ever use them because I have better success with regular scissors haha, so that's what I was using in this video! If it's a premade wig, then it should already be pretty close to the cut and style you need, so I would think the most you would need to do is possibly trim the bangs a tiny bit and use hair spray (I use got2b glued freeze spray) to flip out her side swoops (if needed). The only thing I will add, is that you probably don't want to cut a wig like you would human hair. Straight, horizontal cuts in my experience make wigs look clumpy where you cut them, so as long as you keep the scissors vertical when cutting (for the most part), you should have no problem! :)
