A long time ago, I had a similar situation and may have had a drink and a 'smoke' and still managed to catch it and deal with the issue that I had an R33 Skyline and the car was correcting as I was correcting so I had to correct my correction after I had corrected, and still came out unscathed. Including assessing whether any vehicles following behind the, now, stationary vehicle, in the main carriageway, have noticed that their route is now blocked & have made adequate adjustments to avoid collision? #15 THAT'S WHY we wear shades. There is somewhere in the highweay code that states as a driver you must make an effort to reduce sun glare and sun shades are an alternative to the sunblind. You can get fined for not wearing sun shades if the sun blind is insufficient (due to height or posture issues), AND if as a result an RTA occurs or near a miss occurs and is documented.

You're not looking close enough. That shadow is from a sign on the opposite side of the road. The signs after the car make this obvious as there's no shadows on the roads from them.
