Probably because she only focuses on these things and geniunely interested in these things. Studies, productivity, aesthetic ,healthy aesthetic stuff. When you remove distractions in your life you realize you have lots of time like lots. So instead of scrolling trough social media as her 5 minutes of empty time she uses it to film or edit or post something on ig etc. And when these interests are healthy it becomes easier to wake up early, eat healthy, exercise, study. Surprisingly healthy and productive things are easier to be done than unhealthy and consuming things. When you remove distractions and things that nourish those unhealthy habits& thoughts you are perfectly behaving productively. You no longer desire unhealthy things as well. However it is hard to remove those nourishing stuff. Sometimes they're the people you are living with. Ruby is really priveleged in this area so it is harder for her to fall into unhealthy habits, she's a rare case. But for normal cases like us, many problems occur in our life including toxic people in the core so it isn't hard to guess why we fall into a certain unhealthy habit. What to do? Well seeing the good in the situation, keeping your smile, having willpower, instead of blaming stuff changing your perspective and changing your bad qualities. And again it is hard. So we fall and that makes us human. Lol I wrote so long for no reason. Thank you for listening to my ted talk.

In my country, the USA are considered a dumb and superficial country. Also, being ''american'' does not mean anything if you do not specify that you're from the USA. You could be bolivian and still be ''american''.
@AlexandraaFeodorovna
@AlexandraaFeodorovna 4 жыл бұрын
@Pen Ultimate Yes but no. America is a continent, as I said, a bolivian is an american, from the South of America, America.. the continent. It's not a country. With that being said, your country did not even exist when French people invented things and travelled the world. All you're telling me are modern ''inventions''. Also, what does it do to me that your country has put people on the moon? Did it change my life? no, not really. Anyway, here for you : French ingenuities have penetrated our lives in more ways than we shall ever know. Some of us owe our lives to them: antibiotics, the baby incubator (1891, courtesy of Alexandre Lion), blood transfusions (1667, by Jean-Baptiste Denys who used sheep's blood on a boy who, amazingly, recovered), and stethoscopes (1816). Among the triumphs of French foodies are clementines (bred by a missionary in 1902), margarine (1869, a mixture of beef tallow and skimmed milk), and canned food (1795, as a way of preserving meals for the army). They gave us the raincoat (in 1747), dry cleaning, IQ tests, reinforced concrete (the invention of a gardener, of all people), and the hairdryer. Annnd I don't talk about architecture, culture (sculpture, cinema, litterature) and these sorts of achievements that you studied in school (I hope). Your country was like brand new when we invented the aspirin that you take when you don't feel well. So... bye Felicia!
@AlexandraaFeodorovna
@AlexandraaFeodorovna 4 жыл бұрын
@Pen Ultimate I did not admit that, at all. English is your mother tongue, not mine, so I hope you understood what I copy-pasted from an english website. From Europe, here is the image we have of the USA: Pedollywood, your politics (Trump, lol ? Biden ? lol ? what a show), botox everywhere, junk food, retards who can't locate any country on a world map, making everything revolve around gEnDeRs, crazy feminists, people who are offended by everything and who can't speak another language, baby showers, vocal fry, kardashians, obese people. Hahaha I would prefer speaking german rather than arabic. So nope, I don't really thank you for that.

heads up: whole earth still contains palm oil, it’s ‘sustainable’ palm oil, but it’s still palm oil! the name is rather misleading! there are brands that are 100% peanuts, some supermarket own brands are actually but also i always use meridian anyway have a nice day :)
@jennystewart3298
@jennystewart3298 4 жыл бұрын
Although boycotting palm oil sounds like a great way to reduce deforestation of tropical rainforests, it may actually have the opposite of the intended effect since the alternative crops that we could use to replace palm oil are less efficient and would require larger areas of forest to be cleared. Much more needs to be done to ensure that ‘sustainable’ palm oil actually is sustainable, but for now the best we can do is to only support brands that use rspo certified palm oil. (I did a project on this as part of my biology degree!) Everyone is entitled to make up their own minds on the matter of course! :)

Hi Ruby! If I may suggest, since you make tea few times a day, maybe you can buy a big thermos flask to keep all your hot water, so that you dont have to boil the kettle many times throughout the day. Not only this can help to reduce your electricity bill, it also help to reduce the waste of energy as you won't be using much electricity. It may be a small step to help the environment but every little step count. Looking forward to the next tea test with Blakeney! xoxo

You're so perfect even when it comes to food. If I ever follow such healthy diet, I'll still end up having shit tons of junk food at the end of the day. You're a productivity queen literally.❤️
