Thank you Ruby auntie for this yummy recipe. I am typing this comment while my ras gullas and rabri are cooling down. I used a cheese cloth and left paneer hanging for a couple of hours. While kneading it felt too moist and was so sticky. It didn't look like your dough. I placed it again in cheese cloth n dried it out with a dryer ;). Finally it felt like your dough. You explain each process very well. Thank you. I cannot wait to eat ras malai.
