Ruby we very odten make tendli also stuffed and add red chilli powder, dhania jeera, garam masala, fresh or decicated coconut, imli pulp, jaggery n roasted seaseme seeds mix n keep. Oil rai jeera hing haldi tendli like bharwa just add fry n add mixed masala. Fry n add water as requred but its half cup. When done add corriander leaves chopped. Try! I never add garlic but now i will try your Ammis recipe ❤❤❤❤❤❤ We also prepare TONDLI BHAT ie masala rice with tindora in Maharashtra, INDIA.
