Curry leaves & Green chilies really enhance the taste of this kozhi porichathu. It is a spicy chicken fry made with red chilli flakes. This Kerala Chicken Fry is so delicious with poratta and chappathi. Thattukada usually serves tea, coffee, dosa, omelette, chicken fry Kerala style, chicken 65, chilli chicken, parotta, fried rice etc.

Garam masala ( ഗരം മസാല ) - 1 tsp
Salt ( ഉപ്പ് ) - To Taste
Vinegar ( വിനാഗിരി ) - 2 Tbsp
