Chopped Ginger : 1 tsp
Dried red chillies : 3 nos
(for Kaara Chutney)
Tomato: 1 no
Garlic : 20 nos
Shallots : 15 nos
Dried red chillies : 6 nos
Mustard seeds : 1/2 tsp
Urad dal : 1/2 tsp
Dried red chillies : 3 nos
Curry leaves : 1 sprig
Coconut oil : 2 tbsp
Compound asafoetida : 2 pinches
Salt : to taste
