Ruckus in Rajya Sabha over DMK's Mohamed Abdullah comments on SC verdict on Article 370

Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar lambasted DMK MP Mohamed Abdulla for his controversial remark in Parliament on December 11 in Upper House. Chairman Dhankhar expressed his anger when DMK MP tried to draw the Kashmir issue parallel with the Dravidian movement. However, the remarks of Md Abdulla have been expunged from the parliament.

I'm just curious why all these Constitution doesn't apply to a small village(Dharmasthala) in Karnataka???? Soujanya rape and murder case is 100 times brutal than the Nirbhaya Case but still no justice is served in Soujanya Case since 12 YEARS, what is the justice system doing??? it has taken 12 years just to prove the accused is ABSOLUTELY NOT RELATED TO THE CRIME, THERE HAS BEEN DESTROYING OF EVIDENCE FROM DAY 1 from police, cbi, cid in this particular case that is clearly visible/mentioned in the verdict of court, why isn't any action taken against these investigation officers in this case???
