Today on Supermission, we share the story of a rude and entitled Karen, who tries to cut the line at a supermarket. Her rude behavior is noticed by everybody, and the owner of the supermarket refuses to serve her.

People need to stop being so rude, and disrespectful. She needs to learn not to cut in line. Have patience. You don't always get what you want. You have to earn it.

I think that the owner should been like when she said I don’t want to be treated like second class citizen I would say I understand you want to go ahead and I assure you that your not but you should stay in line and you can talk to these two people would be happy to chit chat if you want and please apologize to them .

Crazy Karen thought a fellow patron was working with the mall, her entitlement was getting toxic!!! She should be banned from this place , should have been able to wait her turn!!! The manager told her of her mistakes with assumptions, he was more professional!!! Time to see her kicked out, she was such a bully!!! Hold tight, Supermission Squad!!! This is the last straw!!!

I don't get how she came to believe that a fellow customer worked at this store, and therefore should've known where something was, despite being told as a matter of fact that *they don't work at the store.*

Right? I don't get it. I used to work for a restaurant and I've seen all kinds of customers come and go, and most I've seen have been friendly, understanding, and patient.

We had a loutish bloke try this with us when leaving a nightclub. Big guy came up and demanded, "Where's a takeaway?" I was drunk and braver than usual, so I ignored him. When he persisted, even more rudely, I explained that we would've been happy to help if he'd been vaguely polite. He strode away, cursing me out, having failed to get information. Still makes me laugh.

Wow! Just yesterday I was at the store and I was already in line. And I had to go back to grab something I forgot and yes I was in a hurry. When I came back, the line was even longer, but I didn't say anything. I just stood at the end of the line all over again.

I would never cut in line because I am a honest, if I did I wouldn't do it on purpose and I would apologize to the customer and I would go to the end of the line, that's showing respect .

I had this happen to me. I ran into a store after work. I had on a red collared work shirt. Our logo was small. This woman came up & ask me where sonething was . I told her I dont know , let me look as I was hurrying around looking. She made a startled face & muttered something. I finally turned & said, mam I'm sorry I don't know. She made a short comment about working there. I said mam, I dont work here, pointed to my company logo. She was so emarassed. Apologized many tiimes. I just laughed out loud and said that's ok. I was trying to help though. We both laughed so hard. 😅

I believe she only hears what she wants to hear. Does the Latina and the guy look like they work there? They don't have the jacket uniforms. They're just wearing regular clothes, and getting groceries like her. Don't assume so quickly just because you see them around the groceries.

I worked as a CNA and had my uniform and badge on when I went to a store on my break. A woman asked me where something was and I told her I didn't work there. She replied snarkily "well you have a badge on!" I put the badge up to her face and said "and it also says (name of nursing home)!! She glared at me for a few seconds and then stormed off! 😂

I enjoyed the first story. (I've seen the second story before, in its own video.) I don't understand that mindset, though. A customer approaches another customer, asks them for assistance, and when told "I don't work here", instead of looking for someone with a store badge or uniform, they start behaving rudely and sometimes even have bona fide tantrums. This makes absolutely no sense to me. It's not even about entitlement, because even the most ardent Karen or Chad (did I get that right?) knows that they're not entitled to turn other people into store employees. It seems to me that it's more about some people's extreme inability to admit to making a mistake. I've never had this happen to me, but I know people who have.

I've seen before in person, store manager scanned her groceries at a self check to get her out of the store, was that the right way to handle? I think not.

It’s happened to me. Once a person asked me where a specific item was just because I had a name tag on (it was from a different employer); when I told them I didn’t work there they actually wanted me to help them find an employee. I then ended up giving an excuse why I couldn’t and just left lol.

That Karen clearly wasn't listening to the Latina and the guy loud and clearly. They said, they don't work there. The Latina girl said it twice, that she doesn't work there. Learn how to hear., and listen more. The Latina and the guy didn't ignore her. They replied to her. They both told her that they DON'T work there.

I know this isn' real, the Karen who pissed me off was, big ol thing, pissed at the world, full of hate, family reunion, comes into the yard starting shit, tried to hit me with a stick, and she had a dislocated jaw, although i could've been arrested, the cop laughed when i said, this really made my day, .
