What is the point of having the signs up if no one enforces the instructions. One person allowed to touch the horse gives others the ok to touch the horse. If you think about it it is the guards job to enforce those signs so they are not doing their job of protecting the horse. Wake up guards and follow through.

There needs to be even better organization in the courtyard. For example I don’t think guards should have to be in charge of directing people. There needs to be two YELLOW lines in the far reaches of the court yard (they should understand traffic rules) and yellow lines that delineate where the guards need to go. And the people are not allowed within those lines while the guards change guard. As well, people should not be allowed within ten feet of the guard and horse. Place yellow lines there too.
