What a POORLY RUN COMPANY...The Receptionist was late herself as well as CLUELESS ...WAS SHE NOT INFORMED OF THE CANDIDATES SCHEDULED FOR THE HIRING INTERVIEW???SHE SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN STATIONED AT HER DESK TO WELCOME THEM AND GREET THEM... THE MALE CANDIDATE WAS LATE FOR THE INTERVIEW AND Was not going to acknowledge his lateness voluntarily 🤣🤣 The hiring manager was late for his own hiring event and did not have a contingency plan in place... Since he was late he should have called for and waited until the female candidate came back inside and apologized to both candidates and then conducted the interview PROFESSIONALLY... His LATENESS WITH NO CONTINGENCY PLAN OR INSTRUCTIONS CAUSED THE CONFUSION... THE FEMALE CANDIDATE WAS QUALIFIED AND DESERVED THE POSITION AFTERALL, IT WAS HIS LATENESS THAT UPSET HER...
