What the heck is wrong with that guard? She is not protecting the horse and the other commenter. Who said? Technically, that's not the rain's. Look how it is presented on the horse. It is a way of taking over just like you would if it grabbed a steering wheel. This is got to stop. They need to do something wakey. Wakey. @@KathyJo. The Kings troop only do this once a year, when the Blues and Royals and Lifeguards are on their summer break riding and swimming with their horses at the beach. Maybe she hasn't done this duty before, and she hasn't been briefed on how to deal with the situation.

0:49 - This old lady was firmly grasping the reins, and the guard said nothing. ~~~~~ 2:50 - This guy manhandled the horse with not a peep from the guard. This isn't starting out well at all. You need to have your horses back, and not just sit on it!!

The regiment should instruct the guards to put a stop to the public touching the reins or it will become a problem for the next regiment when they take over again. The sign on the arch will be a waist of time and money and the horses could be injured. They are not pets or Disneyland props.

I'm very disappointed that the guard said NOTHING and did NOTHING. I wish there was a way to report this guard because this is ridiculous. This is a very "monkey see - monkey do" type of instance that happens more & more frequently down here with the guards & tourists. It seems like there is a total lack of respect & zero common sense utilized by the vast majority of tourists. And then when they see fools like this, people copy the behavior, especially when they see no repercussions were taken. And don't even get me started on this guy....talk about an overt, blatant lack of respect for the guard, the horse, the country. His defiant arrogance shone through brightly, as he deliberately grasped the white lead rope that was attached to the halter/bridle combo that the horse was wearing. And his overbearing, arrogant ignorance continued as he pompously walked away
