Yesterday I was walking through my local town (Bournemouth) and a pro Palestine March was marching through the town beating drums multiple people shouting down megaphones few with scarfs over their faces waving big flags etc and making everybody move out the way as they bulldozed their way through the middle of town on a busy Saturday afternoon. My 2 little girls where petrified and one of them started to cry. I pointed out to one of the policemen that this didn’t seem like a “peaceful” March and was immediately set upon by a Middle Eastern man within the March who threatened me said and said “what u gonna do” whilst squaring up with me then immediately after had another scream “your a racist”.. the police officers then ushered them on with their walk. I have no issue with peoples rights to protest but it works both ways if you want free speech and until it’s affecting and intimidating everyone around as it was with everybody to scared to say anything. Please people wake up and stand up this is our country and we are entitled to also have a voice..
