Sounds really rich. Might try a slide with a larger (leaner) cut-out (maybe a number 5 cut). Might also be too large on the needle jet, but at such small throttle openings I would look at slide cut-out first.

Of course, as an old German motorcyclist, I had heard of RUDGE, but what these motorcycles really mean and what they can do on the road, I realized only after producing a few days ago this film about a Rudge Special (1930).
