Keep on going your a trooper. Depression is unique to each individual. I'm glad you can take a break listening to these guys. It's the same for me! Getting outside of myself, (mind, emotion, cleaning my house) and doing for others like helping cleaning their house helps a little. Also, very small goals that can be accomplished and celebrated; as in, moving things around the house, or sweeping a square foot can help too. Im proud of my 3x3 clean area! lol! I've accidentally found a very specific type of burnt cookie that I love. First, you have to set the oven to the highest temperature possible. When it reaches that temp, put the cookies in and watch them closely. When the tops just start to rise, get em out and off the sheet as fast as possible. The bottoms will be burnt, while the tops are nice and gooey. Along with a glass of the coldest non-frozen milk possible. It'll be hands down, the best of both worlds. crunchy/chewy cookie experience you will ever have. Edit: Disclaimer, I was pretty "under the influence" when I discovered this, but I have also made them this way while straight, so the method holds up.
