Brilliant, thank you. Thank you for your service. Back in 1978 I heard about Carl Jung and Gestalt therapy and working with different parts of self, and then in the 90s about “voice dialogue”. You’re helping me understand how this has contributed greatly to my own inner peace and integration with my psyche. Recently, I encountered a young man with schizophrenia and voices at the Canadian Peer Support at CMHA Self-Help Alliance I attend. I was a bit taken aback, yet really wanted to help him. Someone brought your name up and put it on the board. You’re helping me frame it in an old familiar way that makes so much sense and is so simple. Thank you again. 🙏💙

I believe these voices are Angels and truly are here for our best interest and to help us live to our full potential. Our demons are past versions of ourselves that we oftentimes deny however still have a voice in our present here and now reality. The Universe reflects back to you the energy that you give out, so practicing being nonjudgemental, loving, and kind has helped me to even enjoy the voices I hear, even though still somewhat distracting. Much love

interesting and remarkable person, you cant change perceptions about psychological labels,what you can do is read look at the big picture and then narrow it down.a caleisdoscope is a way of looking at the changing patterns its beautiful and one can focus on different types of detail. once you identify the voice/s then you start dealing with why they talk to me its family of origin.

I started 'wanting to hear voices' around age 16 because of spiritual research on internet. At time I was just wanting to experience extradimensional communication, spirits/beings, etc . I was also doing drugs but no voices. What I was experiencing is 'thought broadcasting' where I was experiencing reality 'mirror' me, so having people speak 'in sync' with h what was going on within me. Then I eventually got on meds and many years later started 'hearing voices'. If you communicate to 'the voices' , "you are the voices",...lol they will say something like "we are"? Or the they will ask me if I'm hearing voices....the thoughts/voices asking me if I'm 'hearing voices' lol . I don't think they are actual beings though, from what I know they are just energetic reactions / manifestions of your own mind. The mind can talk to, commentate on your thoughts , or become aggressive. People don't know what the fuck is 'going on' when you speak of 'hearing voices' which makes it uncomfortable for the voicee to explain what is going on without getting nervous. Yes you can talk to the voices but not easily usually they will talk and even ask question and demand responses and you don't know how to respond so it can be scary and overwhelming . I think it is dependent on you reactions internally , that the voices play on

Well voices are a symptom of mental illnesses such as schizophrenia. They aren't seperate parts of your personality so I wouldn't engage with these symptoms. Instead recognise that they are the by-product of a destabilizing brain chemistry and learn to regulate their occurance by being more mindfull, more aware of their fleeting nature, and training yourself to tune them out of your natural pre-frontal thinking. You are right in that they are 'energetic reactions' as they are literally the by-product of your brain chemistry fluctuating abnormally from its natural design.

so you would hear your own thoughts as a conversation with you...but you know it's your own thoughts... if that's what you mean then I think I understand it better...when we are talking about physical voices it makes me think about something not real...not judging people who say it..just can't understand it but would love to

Could be that some ancestor was treated that way by a real person and he never challenged that. Genetical information of fear or trauma from it could have been passed by genes and is unwrapping in the brain of other generations until it's challenged and solved. Perhaps I could be wrong.

I hear voices. I dont really talk about it much tho. my first voice I heard was female, an it started as child. she told me her name was Emily. she got me thru all abuse I was going thru. she was (and still is) the only friend I trust. then later on I started hearing a male scary voice. more like demonic. I was convinced Satan was after me and was sending demons. it felt like there was literally good an evil having a battle inside me. now I've kind of learnt to be in control of them

I thought for many years it was a spiritual issue. But the random words are meaningless and if I listen I can tell it's some kind of weird random playback of situations that actually happened. It's extremely annoying and only happens when I'm falling asleep. Reading a book..driving now..thats new btw. And meditation. I feel my broch-a's brain area is brok-en. Lol ( that's the speech brain area btw that creates speech. Did to many drugs as a kid maybe.....say no.

Hearing voices...you want it to mean something...suffering without meaning is more suffering so we attach meaning to it but it's just a brain not firing it's neurons Correctly. It's a brain glitch. Without spiritual meaning it is pointless suffering and sucks I used to write down what was said. It helps trying to make any sense and again add meaning where there is no actual reason for it that can be used for anything to help others or self.

'Karma' in actuality, besides being used as a buzz word, is totally the reverse of what most 'think' it to be. It is guilt/regret for past actions in mind and can through parental and so through genetics be inherited. How to deal with it and get over it is to realise we cannot be really responsible for something we did in the past when at this present time we now are aware it was unloving behaviour, due to the fact we were then ignorant, we can now, in the present feel remorse and want to make amends. If someone says, "that person will pay for that, karma will get them". This thinking is 'karma' itself, unloving thinking in mind, in not being able to loving perceive that persons need for loving attention to heal that issue.

Uou are ignorant and immature in your thinking. It is living hell to listenbto these demons and devils. I have never used drugs, alcohol, participated in and rituals etc. I serve God throught his son Jesus Christ. And even calling on them does not silence these grotesquely demons. I call the Blood of Jesus Christ, I sleep with my bible under my pillow. Nothing keeps them quite. I have had to resort to sleeping tabletd to get some sleep. So I just bind them in the Lords name...that seems to help a bit. They are draining and repetitive in their sayings. They have no brains to converse or say something that is coherent. Brain dead...It is the worst spritual attack any person can take...hence the reason so many people commit suicide to get some silence...

In a highly information and communications technology-based world, the fundamental human right and basic ethical principle is facing an increasing threat. Cyber technology is used to inflict severe mental and physical sufferings. These psychological torture methods are often used “to circumvent the ban on torture because they don’t leave any visible marks”. Some of the characteristics of cyber-space make it an environment highly conducive to abuse and exploitation, most notably a vast power asymmetry, virtually guaranteed anonymity, and almost complete impunity. States, corporate actors and organized criminals not only have the capacity to conduct cyberoperations inflicting severe suffering on countless individuals, but may well decide to do so for any of the purposes of torture. It is therefore necessary to briefly explore, in a preliminary manner, the conceivability and basic contours of what could be described as “cyber-torture”. Analysis of this content will help to answer questions: (i) what is a cyber-torture? (ii) what kind of dangerous effects of cyber-torture on human rights from the perspective of International Human Rights law and measures to prevent and control cyber-torture in digital age? Key words: human rights; cyber-torture. 1. Definition and characteristics of cyber-torture There are certain types of treatment which most people will instinctively recognise as being torture. The United Nations Convention against torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment (UN Convention Against Torture, UNCAT) is on of the few international treaties that set out a definition of torture. The majority of human right treaties such as the International Covenant on Civil and Political Right (ICCPR), the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR), the American Convention on Human Right (ACHR) and the African Charter on Human and People’ Rights (ACHPR) include a prohibition but do not contain a definition of torture and ill-treatment. Although human rights bodies may take slightly different approaches to defining torture, they are all broadly similar to the definiton adopted by UNCAT1. The basic definition of torture is that contained in the UNCAT. According to Article 1, the term means: “any act by which severe pain or suffering, whether physical or mental, is intentionally inflicted on a person for such purposes as obtaining from him or a third person information or a confession, punishing him for an act he or a third person has committed or is suspected of having committed, or intimidating or coercing him or a third person, or for any reason based on discrimination of any kind, when such pain or suffering is inflicted by or at the instigation of or with the consent or acquiescence of a public official or other person acting in an official capacity. It does not include pain or suffering arising only from, inherent in or incidental to lawful sanctions”2. From this definition, it is possible to extract three essential elements which constitute “torture”: The infliction of severe mental or physical pain or suffering; By or with the consent or acquiescence of the state authorities; For a specific purpose, such as gaining information, punishment or intimidation. Torture is an emotive word, but one which should not be used lightly. As you can see from the above definition, torture is characterised and distinguished from other forms of ill-treatment by the severe degree of suffering involved. It is therefore important to reserve the term for the most objectively serious forms of ill-treatment. Torture (whose ‘secondary’ behavior is punishment, cruel, inhumane treatment, or corporal punishment) is both a legal and an ethical and cultural issue. From a moral and cultural perspective, the UN condemns torture as one of the most inhumane and despicable acts that people commit to their fellow human beings, because torture denies their dignity and destroys physique and soul of the victims - those put in the defenseless circumstances. From a legal perspective, according to international human rights law, torture is one of the most severe forms of human rights violations and the most criticized act. According to international criminal law, torture systematically and commonly carried out depending on the context may constitute genocide, war crimes or crimes against humanity; that is, forms of international crime for which perpetrators can be prosecuted and judged in accordance with Rome Statute (1998). A particular area of concern, which does not appear to have received sufficient attention, is the possible use of various forms of information and communication technology (cyber-technology) for the purposes of torture. Although the promotion, protection and enjoyment of human rights on the internet has been repeatedly addressed by the Human Rights Council, torture has been understood primarily as a tool used to obstruct the exercise of the right to freedom of expression on the internet, and not as a violation of human rights that could be committed through the use of cyber-technology. - Cyber-technology already plays the role of an “enabler” in the perpetration of both physical and psychological forms of torture, most notably through the collection and transmission of surveillance information and instructions to interrogators, through the dissemination of audio or video recordings of torture or murder for the purposes of intimidation, or even live streaming of child sexual abuse “on demand” of voyeuristic clients3, and increasingly also through the remote control or manipulation of stun belts4, medical implants and, conceivably, nanotechnological or neurotechnological devices.

Yes, I watched this video too. It was good actually, particularly the bit about voice hearing. The problem is that torture is politically and scientifically legal, but it is culturally illegal. By this I mean that only dominant countries are allowed to inflict torture, but poorer countries' leaders are brought to the International Criminal Court when they do the same. The effect of this is that the poorer countries are made culturally inferior. Scientifically, torture is permitted in that it produces food, such as meat from butchered animals, or extraction of information from agents for poilitical reasons, or exploitation of human beings for experiments and technological advancement, eugenics, etc. And this torture is culturally illegal, almost taboo and people who each and every one possess extremely agressive tendencies by nature are forced to repress their basic instincts for these so-called political/civil reasons. Instead of engaging in mindful martial arts, for instance, they become overwhelmed by their repressed animal side and they function perfectly well for their corporate life, but are really just animals. All of this is about repression and exploitation. When the concept of torture is taken out of this context (of repression and exploitation), it ceases to have any meaning. The modes of repression and exploitation lead to their self-perpetuation and the realisation of torture. So, instead of actively engaging in more innovation towards catching online paedophiles, the authorities instead create more privacy laws, which just repress and exploit people more with the catch all phrase that this will help to catch paedophiles. In fact, this does nothing about the actual problem and paedophilia is being used as an excuse to fabricate more privacy laws and more laws in general. It is masking the problem. The increased segregatation and increased authoritative control over the internet has just made people more paranoid. Repressed paranoid collective groups are less likely to protect people from abuse since, in a heightened paranoid situation, people can then think literally only about themselves. Unfortunately, the corporate platforms that exist on the internet and dominate it now wholly and completely were created for the sole purpose of manipulating people. Facebook was created for the sole purpose of allowing people to bitch about others. Even today, when you post any kind of personal opinion, no matter what kind, you will see your own friends bitch about you publicly. There has been no interest from people to overthrow torture and abuse in society because they are essentially not permitted to even consider it.

The voices come from spirits of the deceased around you . Many it most people who hear voices will either blame there Brian for creating the voices or they will assume they are hearing the voices with there ears . We hear spirit voices through the throat Chakra of the soul located in the throat area of the soul. This chakra energy center hats voices from 4th dimensional spirit beings that community with us . Most people can't see the spirits that Interact with us but they are all around us . They are everywhere . We only hear voices when we have karma sometimes the voices are bad and hurtful and other times they can be fun and funny voices it depends on the spirits around you and your karma . Those who can see and hear and feel spirit people like myself know that the voices are coming spirits because I can see them as well . But for many people they won't know and that will be there karma There is no chemical cure for the voices because it is not a dysfunction of the brain or body . It is a problem in the soul which is out of reach for chemical solutions . There is no chemical solution to a spiritual problem We are two parts . The body and the brain , and the soul and the mind . The soul and mind ate what live on after death and return to 4th dimensional spirit world and heaven .

I was diagnosed with a few different mental illnesses over two decades, paranoid schizophrenia was one of them and treated with olanzapine. Recovery happened following a long time of dealing and trying to understand, then transcendence happened in a full blown out of body experience and again hospitalised and forced medication, strange when actually transcending into total health with the absolute loving understanding of why people do what they do and love them unconditionally. Voices, in mind, need to be accepted, they are neither good or bad but bring a message, what is perceived bad or evil is the aspect of the self, like the child at the back of the classroom, that causes others nuisance and pain but only because they want loving attention too, this fractured, unacceptable part of self wants to be heard. So the fearfully perceived 'negative' message must be refrained in the affirmative for helpful loving action for self and others.
@superduper8612

@@nemonous5404 Well I would argue that these voices are a byproduct of your destabilized brain chemistry. I'm not well researched on mental illnesses and I'm not a psychologist - but my brief understanding of neurotic disorders - ranging from Borderline Personality Disorder to Schizophrenia - is that its the result of the brain producing less dopamine as normal which then forces your mind into negative thought patterns in order to generate that dopamine release. As such, they can encompass a variety of symptoms including voices and paranoid delusions. I think that in your case, you have personalized each of the voices (which is not your fault and, from what I undersand, is part of what schizophrenia does to your brain) and thus it can be helpful for some schizophrenics to distinguish between the positive and negative voice-elements within their brain. It's an approach I've seen doctors and therapists use when treating schizophrenic patients. Ideally treating every thought or voice that isn't your own as simply the byproduct of the brain can be helpful in establishing your own dominant thinking - i.e. your natural internal voice, which would help you to recognise and ignore all symptomatic voices including negative ones. I believe that engaging with positive voices only increases the possibility of negative voices engaging you unexpectedly. DISCLAIMER: This is not professional advice by the way I am simply sharing my own views and observations that I've made, over the years, about schizophrenia. As well as examaning my own mental health.
