Daniel Ulett its a matter of reading body langage really. if they rush in from your left or theyre body is facing your left. step off your right foot to your left. you gotta have spatial awareness too to make sure you dont step in to someones shoulder lol. if your stepping left jump to the right off your right foot land on your left foot first then push off your right foot to the left side. most people dont think this works but you can always goosie. do the same then as above but just continue right instead of stepping left. if you wanna step to the left just do the same as above but the opposite side. hope this was more helpful lol

Daniel Ulett i used to play touch rugby and normal rugby. you should check out the touch players. honestly they have the best steppers ever. i wasnt good at touch but had mates and family who were. its not unusual to see steppers on shaun johnsons level and above in high level touch. theyre agility is amazing too. and the passing skills you need. its like everyone is a halfback possibly better. its fast paced too. you need snap-quick decision making skills. honestly its an underestimated sport. idk bout other countries but if you check out nz touch they got some good stuff there.
