So, I was sent here by someone elevating 'rugby steps' over NFL moves (jukes, spins, etc,) and I've gotta say, most of these 'steps' are pretty routine in the NFL. Every single NFL Running Back and Wide Receiver, including the backups, have these moves. As a player, I learned them as a small child, and I didn't make my high school team because I was too small!

1.01, 2.31 and 2.45 is straight amazing. Benji Marshall is one of the most straight up people, he was straight up with one of his fans and they improved their game tremendously. I believe that you are just hating because he wasn't what you expected, not everybody is kind not everybody is perfect don't ever forget that. But still Benji Marshall and Quade Cooper have changed the way of rugby league and rugby union. I love stepping I practice different ways all the time. Some don't work some do.
