We received a message from the ladies at the Belgian Rugby Sevens team to participate in one of their training sessions. 'Rugby Sevens' is the Olympic variant of classic rugby and it's insanely intensive. I puked, fucked up my leg and got my balls crushed. But the main question is: did we regret this decision? Hell no. As a coach of an u18 girls provincial representative squad I applaud you guys for showcasing women's rugby. You probably would have been safer starting with the 15 a side game, probably wouldn't have resulted in the puking. 7's rugby requires one serious engine, so kudos for getting through to session. You both have the footwork and the chop tackle is fairly solid, get yourselves down to your local club and join a team. Well done guys.

Is that your first time playing? You both looked like naturals, ball handling was really good (or your editor is a king) and you both see running lanes with really good vision. I couldn't catch when I first played, and I always ran into players instead of between them. It took me a year or two to really find my way around the field and get comfortable with ball handling.
