Viendo que aquí hay comentarios en español, pues creo que no me siento tan solo después de todo. Yo hace poco me he mostrado interesado por este deporte lleno de emociones, impacto, intensidad y mucho coraje, además de que el rugby guarda un sinfín de historias muy conmovedoras y hermosas, como la remontada de Japón de última instancia sobre Sudáfrica. Creo que soy de los muy poquísimos mexicanos que le apasiona este deporte, ya que como muchos saben, la mayoría de mi gente está viciada con el fútbol y no mira más allá de éste. Bueno, pues para mí los argentinos, además de ser unos verdaderos guerreros y sobresalientes en el rugby, son como, podríamos decirlo, los únicos embajadores y voceros del mismo en el contexto hispanoparlante, lo cual me da cierto sentimiento de, no sé, pertenencia, sin ofender. Initially, when I heard that Japan would be hosting the Rugby World Cup... I had my doubts. Japan? Not exactly a Rugby powerhouse. I didn't think it would end well, or even begin well. However, I've changed my thinking. The huge boost to the sport from/by tier 2 and 3 countries has been amazing. Some have said "Well, if Japan can do it... we can too". If we include Rugby 7's as a stepping stone for the full 15 side game, things are exploding. With 7's now in the Olympics, people/players/fans can see a progression trail. 3 rd biggest sporting event in the World! Broadcast to 209 countries. 7's in particular being picked up and positive results by the huge countries of USA and yes, even Russia. Eastern block countries like Romania, Georgia where Rugby was big in the 1920's, have latched back on to Rugby and we can expect to see huge new interest by many others. Just fantastic to see. I feel cricket is very snobbish. Instead of making it more inclusivr they are only doing the same 10 countries to play each other. Another thing like Kenya did in a world cup will never happen if they only keep playing among themselves.

@@etikalabalureddy4755 There are 12 test nations not ten and 10 ODI nations. Not forgetting the tier 3 nations etc. So you must be talking about the number of teams in a world cup competition. Union however just has too many blow outs. Loosing 50 points to 3 doesn't spread the game.
