French rugby was equally strong back in the 80s ....as well as early 90s but this current team is perhaps more consistent and in every position they have world class players . One loss and so many people think we're done, it's pathetic. Where were they when we beat Ireland two years in a row ? We were missing a number of key players (Villière, Mauvaka, Woki and Danty just to name a few) and a number of others were clearly worn out (Atonio, Alldritt, Willemse). This was a great win for Ireland but let's not get ahead of ourselves.

It also mainly was a great outplay form the coaching staff, the match was very well prepared by the Irish. They deserved that win. I'm so glad northern hemisphere rugby is so well thx to france and ireland
