Hooooolllyyy shit this was a good video. I’m not playing or coaching rugby, but teaching (specifically in a private girls high school in Japan) but the relevancy of so many of Cron’s ideas blew me away (and that must be a product of the questions you asked). I actually forwarded this to some colleagues. They’ll be flummoxed when they see the link but once they here the ideas they’ll understand immediately. Seriously, this video made me understand why the All Blacks are so good, and that is because their coaches are teachers, open minded, accessible, flexible teachers.
