I can’t imagine anyone disliking this guy. What a top bloke
@OriginalPuro11 ай бұрын
That just means your imagination is shit. You can do better. Whenever anyone says they "can't imagine", they're saying they don't have a working brain. We can imagine everything, I can imagine the whole world disliking Siya, I can imagine Siya being the president of the USa, I can imagine the whole Springboks go to the moon as Astronauts.. Imagintion has no limits. A whale piloting a Boeing 747 while dropping lions into the atlantic ocean, it's imaginable.

Those are the words of a true patriot. Not a flag-waver, not someone who paints a rosy picture of his own country, but a true patriot, who feels both love for his country, and responsibility for her fate. What a thoroughly inspirational guy. One of my personal heroes.
@James-rc6qq2 жыл бұрын
I mean its categorically false but its what almost every good person should say about their country. Also depends how you're measuring 'best'. Is it the best health? Economy? Ofc im being pedantic but I'm english and this guy is absolutely awesome unlike a few of his fellow springboks thats for sure
@stevebuchmann98682 жыл бұрын
James, you seem like a lot of fun at parties. He’s a good guy who loves his country despite the flaws, can you not leave it at that? Also, cheap shot at the rest of the Springboks who are, by all accounts, nice guys. Twat.
@James-rc6qq2 жыл бұрын
@@homonaledi640 In almost every metric of ranking countries in terms of “the best”, South Africa will be nowhere near the top. That is an absolute fact. It doesn’t change the fact he may feel its the best which is great, he’s from there, be patriotic. But in reality, as he said, South Africa is a poor nation.
@James-rc6qq2 жыл бұрын
@@homonaledi640 No you clearly don’t. You need to fully read my original comment and understand all the words I’ve said because you clearly don’t. The comments about your wife and daughter I have no idea what they’re doing in that comment but cool👍. Lastly, your ignorance of the idea of using statistics and data measurements to evaluate countries success is quite worrying. Real GDP, GNI, HDI and the Gini Coefficient are all ways of measuring country’s. There are hundreds more but I can guarantee you, South Africa will rank low on all 4. Your subjective opinions on your country mean nothing as almost every person in the world thinks their country is the best. Kolisi clearly said it, he loves it but knows its a poor country. Im not being rude im simply being pedantic and pointing out how when you really look at it, South Africa is not the “best” as that implies it is superior to every other country.

During my national service in Upington 8sai we had a celebration day at their stadium. Schalk Burger was playing against my buddy Ted who tackled him. Schalk just grabbed him by waistline still holding on and just ran in for a try. At the time we were shocked at the size of him. I got to fly with Schalk on a four seater plane to Capetown on my first pass. Closest I ever got to a springbok.

Back in 2000 I was playing club rugby in the eastern cape ,we had a guy playing for our second string on the wing ,now the only reason he played B team was because he was always drunk. When he was sober he was one of those rib breaker tacklers.on this particular day we had an A vs B game ....my friend Piet showed up as usual smelling like brandy ,as the game progressed the A team was attempting to score a try ,I picked up the ball at the base of the ruck ,looked up and saw drunk Piet in front of me ,now I was a116 kg tighthead at that time and Piet was about 80Kg, easy tri right 2 m out and all that ,only as I picked out drunk Piet ,he looked up and smiled ,to late I realized Piet was stone cold sober .I ended the game with a fractured transverse coastal facet in my 4th neck vertebrae....

My brother used to play rugby in school. He's a small guy that tackled +-2m guys. I asked him why he would do that and he said he would scan the players and tackle the biggest guy in the beginning for a nicer play. Bigger guys fall much harder than small guys so when they fall, 90% of the time, they have to take the bench.

Not Siya because he is the captain, so bongi because he is playing anyway, then reinach to create the illusion that he will be playing at least to a 7 to 1 split again. My conclusion is that we will have a most experienced settled team in there, not sure who will start at 13 though, unless Am really impressed in training . And a 6-2 split
