@@mierypesado6740ya know, that’s a very good question. Sure he’s been a complete coach for the Crusaders for 7 championships but that doesn’t equate to international standards Coach. You can say all you want but until he starts winning consistently then it’s conjecture. Not a Fozzie fan but the way he was replaced before the Rugby World Cup had even started left a sour taste. Not the most professional way to conduct business for a Brand that wants to be recognised as a world brand. And now bar Perofeta and TJ it’s almost exactly the World Cup Final team. And all are waxing lyrical about a great team. Hmm perhaps 80% from the final. I’m warming to him because he said SRP form would be a major consideration and he’s done exactly that bar some loyalties. Thanks for asking.

Belated congrats with your appointment as coach of the All Blacks. Attended the 1960 test in Port Elizabeth between the Springboks and All Blacks as a 9 year old. Still remember the sound when Don Clarke kicked/strked the football from his own 25 metre line to the Springbok 25 metre line. Heaps of respects between our rugby loving natikns. I hate Foster so bad when we lost to Argentina. I support Razor 100% but saturday is the day we wait to see his first test coaching our National team. Im not happy when he pick a few out of form sader boys. Auckland outplay them all to win the super and he left out some good player. Well, thats gone now and im happy to support him. What out of form saders are picked? Taylor played amazing when he returned. Fletcher Newall was one of our best players. Scott Barrett our best lock by a mile. And Reece was the form winger of the tournament. Im ubsure what Crusader in the 23 is out of form?

@andrewc3644 Blackadder isn't in the 23. And Blackadder can play all 3 positions Sotutu is really only an 8. And I think Blackadder still has a niggle cos there is no way he doesnt start if fully fit and ready Razor said at 5.05 a couple could play but have niggles Blackadder will be one of them. When Blackadder made the super rugby team of the week after the crusaders beat the Blues at that point he had made 56 out of 57 tackles so far in the season an unreal strike rate. But if Blackadder can stay reasonably healthy over the next 4 years he will start come WC time he's just too good.

Great interview technique. Repeats the question as a positive statement, leaves the interviewer to suggest more of an answer and then confirms or redirects to the standard statements of intent and moves on. He really said nothing here that didn’t reflect the selection as a choice or confirmed what players are known to offer. The big difference is that he exudes energy, has a smile on his dial, and never sounds defensive in the tone of his voice or body language. If that translates to the team it will be an immediate win. If it translates to the media it will be a master stroke after five years of negativity and scaremongering. Remember, these are essentially the same players as before. Now let’s see how effective the game plan is.

Crusaders under Razor dominated super rugby by having a really professional and dominant tight 5 which allowed them to play their brand of running rugby. The international scene have teams with very competitive forwards i look forward to see how NZ will play when they don't have dominance in the forward area which Razor has been spoilt in being abld to boss in Super Rugby.

The players picked in the front row are the best props in NZ, tgey are very good in the scrums and these are the best props we've had since the 20011 to 2015 era. You will see this year how strong these props are in the scrums and how powerful they are. Unlike with Foster, Razor will have the players fit and ready to go right from the start.
