I took my handheld attachment apart and fixed it but now the brush gets stuck when I put it back together.I'm obviously not reassembling it correctly. There's a spring that fell out before I could see where it came from when I took it apart, so I know engage part of it. If I could just see a diagram of where all three parts go or pictures I know I could get it.can you help me?

My machine has suction but not spraying or anything on the moving brush. I saw your video about replacing the hose and brush head. I would replace that if I'm sure it is not the pump or an electronic board. With the button on the the handle On and trigger pressed I don't get any sound or movements or water coming out. Only suction. Any ideas for my next step? Thank you Roni

Fellow thrifters : ) find one & it dont spray? Odds are the water build up/solution residue is simply dried on after sitting. Look on the handle by the trigger where it sprays out. Use your nail side to side & if that dont work maybe your clog is worse then mine & requires a spray/bristles to scrub clean it.

I bought a new handle unit to replace my bad one and the waste water tank cracked (stress failure) before I had a chance to install it. Rug Doctor is completely out of stock on the tanks. Grrrrr. I bought a little Hoover. I can't be down this piece of equipment waiting on Rug Doctor.

I have had the same issue with the tanks cracking. Actually i have replaced both tanks due to improper storage & transport.

Try baking soda and super glue to fix the tank
