Ritchie the Boot was not a man to be trifled with. He had tons of power for many decades. Andy Gerardo I believe is the well dressed one (he was known for that) and notice how the cops treat him with more respect than the others. Young deadly hoods in the hundreds were terrified of these two men.

Frank Tieri - boss of the Genovese family before Tony Salerno and Chin, beat 9 cases and never spent a day in jail. The original Teflon don. Honestly in my opinion- with how powerful and popular Chin and Fat Tony were as bosses, I think Tieri’s time at the top is often overshadowed by his successors. He’s one of the most underrated bosses and mafioso’s to ever live.

But he was never the official boss. He was a front boss for Philip Lombardo. Just as Fat Tony was for Chin. So it's hard to say how powerful he really was. For sure he was a powerhouse in his own right and very very good at dodging the feds.

Fat Tony did end up becoming boss again though.. making him elected Boss of a family twice lol.. without getting killed he served as Boss two times lol😂..
