I retired from the village of ruidoso Fire Department back in 1996. We were telling everyone that sometime in the future they would experience a catastrophic wild land fire.breaķs my heart. Thoughts and prayers to the folks who lost loved and their homes. Those 2 fires sounds suspicious to me. Both started on the reservation. Wasn't the first time that happened. They would do that to get paid for working a type 2 fires. Just saying...
