Merry Christmas Nick and the algarve addicts family. Great video Nick love the idea of a cafe. I am moving to the algarve in autumn 2024 so will be using your service soon. I have had my own building company in the UK for 15 years and have project managed many renovations over the year and will definitely be looking to do similar in the algarve for myself and paying customers.

I remember when no 5 used to be a restaurant. 30 years ago - ish. Good location with plenty of passing trade. Garage just up the road and Ze Dias for 'work lunches'

@@AlgarveAddicts Not now but a good bet would be to try the bar in Fonte de Apra ( Calderinha) If Jose doesnt know he will know someone who does. The house you looked at next door the small one ,may also come with the land behind it so could also be accessed from the track next door. also the noisey one you looked at before - the place opposite may be available -you would need to speak to a guy called Leria - again Jose could put you in touch.
