Great video guys, loving the mk2f videos. Just one comment. Those metal shims you talk about (the pad tensioners ) are actually essential in a lot of cases, without them you will often get a horrible clatter coming from the pads as you drive down the road. I found this out the hard way and had to have the piss ripped out of me until i got a set to put in.
