Happy birthday to your mom! I clicked on this the second I saw it because ever since I learned about this scandal a couple years ago, I have been horrified that the brand continues to exist. I wasn’t a huge fan of their products to begin with, but this is a level of consumer betrayal (and just…abdication of all professional responsibility and ethics) rarely seen when beauty companies screw up. I just don’t see how a company can do this and ever be trusted again. This should have been a brand-ending scandal.

😬 I forgot about this! As advertised, I would've had no problem using the Control Cream all over my face and neck - and around my eyes! I do actually use topical hydrocortisone (OTC) and triamcinolone acetonide (prescription) for eczema and dermatitis, but only on the rashy spots themselves, not all over. And doctors really don't want you using steroids on rosacea!! I can't believe they weren't penalized more harshly.

Happy birthday Maggie's Mom! This brand should have faced far far far harsher punishment and public disgrace. Some of mentioned side effects can be extremely painful and dangerous - even life-threatening in some circumstances. The fact that one of these products was branded as a 'healing cream' means that people could have been led to use it even more in attempt to treat symptoms caused by the product itself. All it would have taken is one person to contract a hospital-acquired antibiotic resistant infection (those *love* tissue breakdown lesions) for tragedy to occur. The brand's response and offer of a gift certificate is pathetic but, sadly, not surprising. Last week I got a product recall notice email for N95s that I bought in 2021 - in order to receive a refund I would need to return the product and that is physically impossible. Yay, capitalism!

I stay loyal to companies with fantastic return policies, Costco is a great example. They are few and far between, sadly

As a romanian i never heard of this brand but im not so surprised. Romanians have a history of and still like to keep at stealing. His goal was clearly to make money and not to help people. thank you for this video ill share the info further. And hopefully the karma will hit him back. Maybe he dies of one of or all of the problems he caused. how ironically would that be :)
