I am a super new fan like 2 months watching battle rap. I watch a lot of old battles mostly because I always hear this guy was godly. However, without watch it's difficult sometimes because I lack background narratives and battle rap is so incestuous that not knowing who else was doing stuff back then, you can't properly experience the battle. When I watch old stuff now it's pretty much only what people consider classic. Even then a lot of it is through watch.
