I come from these parts and I'm sorry to tell you, the (national) project has stalled. The Chinese have not been paid for like 1.5 years so they took off. The minimal construction in the towns e.g. ruiru & ngewa is by the county. May be if it is finished Fresha might surpass the other company so labda ni sabotage. C65 is called kwa maiko road.
