Very neatly explained madam. I was in Mumbai last week to attend a training class, my first visit to Mumbai and I tried this Solkaddi juice for the first time after having my meal. Thin layer of juice which produced heat inside for a while. I felt a sense of relaxation. I thought milk is also added but I could see that milk is not added. But, I wonder why sugar is not added.

I would add don't throw away the coconut but mix with any green chutney it will dd oomph to that chutney and no throwaways YAY
